We loved the complementary breakfast. It was good, with choice and plenty in quantity. Really important when you have an entire walking day ahead of you. The hosts where charming and careful of our well being. The placement of the boat is great, quiet and the park around is quite charming. The boat is not that far from the tube, and if you wish to take the taxi boat it's just next door. Putney bridge is perfectly accessible by a short walk
