Great team, super polite, helpful, and professional.
Thank you, booking.com, for recommending them to us!!!
Cozy, warm and beautifully designed property on the ground floor, felt rather like a cottage stay than an apartment. Pictures don’t do it full justice - it feels like a lovely Mediterranean boutique hotel. The equipment is great, including plenty of utensils, lovely dish sets, candles, cleaning agents and anything one may need for a comfy stay. The stove is a really lovely detail.
The house is perfectly decorated. Because of my job and my love of traveling, I have stayed in many quality hotels and short-term rental apartments. It was the most equipped accommodation I have ever seen. Not only decoration but also all kinds of kitchen and hygiene materials were considered. I want to stay with my wife again as soon as possible.
The gentleman at the reception was the right person to manage the property as he was very kind and helpful during the stay. The best thing I remember is his guide tour to the property with a very kind explanation. Plus my kids and I pretty much enjoyed the countyside of Germany.
The breakfast was ok and the breakfast staff pleasant. Our rate was €189 per night which was overpriced given the general dinginess of the hotel. And for a spa hotel we were told we had to pay to even enter the spa. Not right! The reception staff was unfriendly and not helpful.
Amazing location, kind an helpful staff
Small and not just another chain hotel
Breakfast on the lakeside/river bank (yes it was a beautiful day)
Dogs allowed. Parking next to the hotel.
Some decent restaurants and cafes in walking distance in Werder
The hotel exceeded my expectations with its cozy atmosphere and attentive staff, ensuring a pleasant stay. The comfortable rooms, on-site dining options and swimming pools were definite highlights!
Very calm n comfortable stay. I strongly recommend. Its 12 minutes walk from Werder Post (bus stop) or 37 minutes walk from train station (Werder (Havel)). I was very satisfied.
it’s a great resort on the lake with indoor and outdoor swimming pools, great location and such a beautiful view & nature. it’s very important for me that hotel is dog friendly
A peace of paradise was at backyard of the hotel rooms. Unfortunately it was a bit cold when i was there otherwise i would lay on sunbets next to the lake. :)
