I tell you no matter how busy or stress you are he makes you feel home with his lovely smile I enjoyed chatting with him let alone his service was superb. In fact, because of him I have extended my stay in the hotel one whole week and I will plan to stay in the same hotel Just because of him though most of staff were very friendly but he was exceptionally amazing .

Im not sure where the four stars are coming from, seems weird compared to european three star hotels. Extermly low water pressure (for Marokko) and warm shower. Good fitness romm.
