The location was great--small town Hawaii. It was a mile or so north to a grocery market and food trucks were nearby. I few low key restaurants were available, too.

I liked the location of the property and then it seemed like a unique stay. The pictures seem to show off a clean home with a good view of the sunset. The pictures are not as the actual unit.

The property itself is very run down and old needing a lot of love. The construction that was going on was not an issue. The beds were extremely uncomfortable. The ac they speak of is a window unit which no where near reaches past the living room/kitchen and bed. The kitchen was not complete with decent cooking pans. I certainly would not stay here again. The only nice thing about this condo was the beach access.

Lai'e is a great place to get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Although we live on the islands we enjoy a short staycation every so often. We haven't stayed in Waikiki for years. We normally go to Ko'Olina but because we had a family wedding we decided to stay at the Marriott. Our experiences with the Marriott Hotels have always been excellent.

The absolute highlight is the Polynesian Cultural Centre which was the best experience in the region and in hawaii for us. Make sure you do the Luau. The people, dancers and staff all amazing. We went back 3-4 times during our stay.

The accommodation itself amazing. Owners amazing. Location very hard to find, A sign leading into property would help. Once there a few times, it is not a problem . Property lovely but really muddy if rains. We were also not used to commercial fireworks going off at 1 am but apparently normal at any time of the year. The location geographically 100 percent, Close to pipeline and North Island town, close to great parks and showers. The cost is great compared to Waikiki hotels. Overall experience very good.

Overall the facilities are great. They have a good pool area, but they also have a pickle ball court and a cabana that you can rent snorkel gear, beach chairs and surf boards too. The location is located right next door, and I mean walking distance right next door, to the Polynesian Cultural Center. BYU Hawaii is jus a block around the corner and the LDS Temple is 2 blocks away. You are a 20 minute drive to the north shore for some of the best surfing and beaches.

Good location for exploring Oahu’s north shore. Walking access to beach opposite and short walk to Polynesian Cultural Centre which offers cultural shows (make sure you book ahead), a restaurant and food trucks) and shops. 30 min drive to Waimea Bay and Valley. 50 min drive to historic Haleiwa. 30 min drive to Kualoa Ranch. Clean and comfortable hotel with friendly staff and decent facilities including a small bistro offering limited but decent food options.

The hotel staff were outstanding and showed true, Aloha spirit. They were friendly and genuinely happy to assist with guests needs. Hotel lobby was very clean and festive and in tuned with the holiday season. Decor was absolutely beautiful, the hotel Bistro menu was splendid. Hotel was conveniently located adjacent to the Polynesian Cultural Center with mini shopping establishments and restaurant choices.

We really enjoyed staying on this side of the island. It was far enough away to enjoy the countryside of Oahu, but close enough to all of the places we wanted to visit. They had chairs and boogie boards for my grandchildren to use, so that was a plus! The condo inside was great! They also had coffee for us, and it was nice to have a washer and dryer.

The hotel has a nice pool with staff on hand until 10pm. A short walk away on the other side of the coast road there is access to a very nice beach. The pool staff hire out towels and/or chairs for beach/pool. The reception staff were welcoming, helpful and friendly.

I like the staff and location. Walking across the street and through a maintained short grassy pathway early mornings to find yourself on a beautiful beach with gorgeous sunrise. Next to Polynesian Cultural Center. Love the live music at the lobby area.

The pool was very large and the temperature was delightful! The rooms were spacious and comfortable. I loved the face masks and make up remover wipes they provided. It was also nice having a restaurant at the hotel as not much was open in the evenings.

Right next door to the Polynesian Cultural Center...which was the main reason for booking the hotel. Plus to drive along the North Shore. I was given a nice ocean view room. We could walk to the Cultural Center. Quiet and comfortable stay.
