I was really unwell and my credit was having a problem getting money out. I was welcomed in and cared for in such a kind and caring way by Mustafa the Manager. Medicine was arranged for me and he organised and paid for a takeaway dinner for me as their kitchen had closed for the day. I have a background I tourism so I feel qualified to say Mustafa is one of the most talented hosts I have come across in my travels. He ensures the place is a quiet restful space with exceptional ambiance music and makes himself available to have a chat and help out during your stay, always with a super friendly smile. His pride of his country and his people is really evident. My stay was exceptional. Thank you Mustafa

Individually decorated, the air-conditioned suites at Riad Le Secret De Zoraida include a seating area. The bathroom is equipped with free toiletries, hairdryer, bathrobe and slippers. Revisiting the property after 3 years and the quality of service has improved and the breakfast is the same awesomeness and Bagira (Feline Princess) has gotten bit thinner than before. Quite satisfied with the stay and shall be returning again very soon.

Staff cater to guests’ needs 24 hours a day and can help organise excursions, airport transfers and cooking lessons for a supplement. Staff very kind, beautifull location and room. Boasting a 24-hour front desk, this property also provides guests with a sun terrace. The riad has a plunge pool with a pool bar, as well as spa facilities and free shuttle service. Fantastic service, so friendly and helpful. The staff was very keen on making us to feel safe when visiting Marrakech, giving us advice and guiding us where to go. They had arranged with a driver from the airport that also took us to our rental car agency the next day. Our room was also fabulously decorated when we arrived.
