It is just outside the old town of Zadar, but working walking distance. The communication with the host was also good. She replies in less that 24 hours. Will strongly recommend even for longer stays.

The host Snježana was brilliant, as she made sure we were comfortable until we were inside the apartment and had no issues getting in. The apartment itself is located very central however is tucked away from the hustle and bustle ( like a min away) giving you the chance to have a good night's sleep after visiting Old Town Zadar. This place is a true gem, and is great value for money too. The accommodation was very clean and everything was on point. Would definitely come back and stay here when visiting Zadar next time.

To the beach Kolovare this is more close then from historical center on the city ;)

It is only to steps from excellent restaurants, stores, and grocery stores, the local community market is literally front of the building with these lovely and kind people. The apartment is tidy and well-maintained. The kitchen is fully equipped. Only Microwave is missing but not all can be honey over flakes. Good apartment.

Slightly tricky to find but up the side street, the road gets really narrow; when it opens wider again, the property is immediately on the left. Private off road parking that’s block paved.
