Kilauea House is set in Volcano, 18 km from Kilauea, 45 km from Pana'ewa Rainforest Zoo, as well as 49 km from University of Hawaii, Hilo. Our hosts, Pam and Dean were extremely friendly! The room was absolutely perfect - from the decor, to the breakfast/snacks in room, and the extremely comfortable bed and outdoor firepit. We would stay here again in a heartbeat, and it was definitely the best place we stayed at for our ten day trip!

Volcano Eco Cabin Retreat is a chalet situated in Volcano, 16 km from Kilauea and 9.6 km from Volcano National Park's entrance. We loved everything about the accomodation. The atmosphere is wonderful, in the middle of a forest, calmness, silence, beautiful starry nights, jungle sounds. The lodge has everything you need, well-equipped kitchen, comfortable bed, good wifi, everything is clean. It is very close, about a 20 minutes drive to Volcanoes National Park. I highly recommend to stay here if you visit Big Island. The hosts are so kind and helpful they really put their hearts and mind into this little lodge. Offering a sauna, Aloha Junction B&B sits on 1.3 acres of private, fully landscaped property. Guests are 10 minutes' walk from local shops and restaurants. Hawaii Volcanoes National Park is 3 km away.... The room was equiped with elegant furnitures and hevenly soft bed, so we slept well at night. In the morning, the pancake cooked by Robert was amazing. Also we enjoyed convasation with the other visiters there.
